The village is made up of ancient ermitages turned into dwellings.

The village of Ste Croix is an ancient charterhouse located in the national park of Pilat. The school, townhouse and dwellings have been located in religious buildings since the revolution. Several churches are worth a visit for their rich paintings and statues. The village also owns a 12th chapel and a megalithic site: the roches de Marlin.

• Church primitive (fresque) and ancienne chartreuse (boulangerie, cuisine, ermitage): everyday except Friday apres-midi 10h-12 h/14h-18h. • Village: guided visit everyday and on appointment for groups.
